Day-wise Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Arrive in Udaipur – lakeside evening

    Pickup from Udaipur airport or railway station and check in.

    • Fateh Sagar Lake and Saheliyon ki Bari garden.
    • Sajjangarh (Monsoon Palace) for sunset views over the lakes.

    Overnight in Udaipur.

  2. Day 2: Udaipur sightseeing
    • City Palace – courtyards, mirror work and lake views.
    • Jagdish Temple – ornate 17th-century temple.
    • Lake Pichola boat ride past the Lake Palace and Jag Mandir (at extra cost).
    • Evening: Bagore ki Haveli folk dance show, then dinner by Ambrai Ghat.

    Overnight in Udaipur.

  3. Day 3: Udaipur → Mount Abu (about 165 km, 3.5–4 hrs)

    After breakfast, drive up to Mount Abu, Rajasthan's only hill station.

    • Dilwara Jain temples – famous for their intricate marble carving (check visiting hours; photography is not allowed inside).
    • Nakki Lake – boating and a lakeside walk.
    • Sunset Point.

    Overnight in Mount Abu.

  4. Day 4: Mount Abu – Guru Shikhar – departure

    Morning visit to Guru Shikhar, the highest point in the Aravallis, and Achalgarh. Drive back to Udaipur for your onward journey, or get dropped at Abu Road railway station.

Can I start this trip from Jaipur?

Yes. Jaipur to Udaipur is about 400 km. We can add the drive with a stop at Chittorgarh Fort, or you can fly or take the train to Udaipur.

Yes. Udaipur's lakes and Mount Abu's cool weather make it a favourite with couples. We can upgrade to lake-view or palace hotels.
