1. Bookings & Registration

Ghumo Jaipur does not accept instant online bookings. A registration is confirmed only after our team verifies your payment. Submitting the registration form creates a pending registration; your seat is confirmed once payment is verified.

2. Payments

Payments are collected manually via UPI, bank transfer or cash. Please share a payment screenshot/receipt with our team. Never share payment details with anyone claiming to be from Ghumo Jaipur outside our official channels.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel before the departure date. Trip-specific cancellation policies are listed on each trip page and take precedence.

4. Health & Fitness

Desert camping, safaris and adventure activities carry inherent risks. You must disclose any medical condition at registration and travel with appropriate fitness and insurance.

5. Conduct & Liability

Travellers must follow the trip captain's instructions. Ghumo Jaipur is not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.

6. Media Consent

Photos/videos taken during trips may be used for promotional purposes. Let us know in writing if you do not consent.
