Jaipur, Ajmer & Pushkar Tour

Overview

Royal Jaipur and Rajasthan's holiest towns in four days. Two nights in Jaipur for its forts, palaces and bazaars, then on to Ajmer for the Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti and to Pushkar for the Brahma temple, the ghats of the sacred lake and a sunset from the Savitri Mata temple.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrive in Jaipur – the walled city

   Pickup and check in. Afternoon at City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal, then the bazaars. Overnight in Jaipur.

2. Day 2: Jaipur forts

   Amer Fort in the morning, Jaigarh Fort and Jal Mahal, and sunset at Nahargarh Fort. Evening optional at Chokhi Dhani. Overnight in Jaipur.

3. Day 3: Jaipur → Ajmer → Pushkar (about 150 km)

   Drive to Ajmer for Dargah Sharif, Adhai Din Ka Jhonpra and Ana Sagar Lake. Continue over Nag Pahar to Pushkar. Evening aarti on the ghats. Overnight in Pushkar.

4. Day 4: Pushkar → Jaipur

   Morning visit to the Brahma Temple and Savitri Mata temple (ropeway or walk), then shopping in the Pushkar market. Drive back to Jaipur (about 2.5–3 hrs) for your onward journey.

• Light cottons in summer; a warm layer from November to February
• Government photo ID (needed at hotels and some monuments)
• Some cash for small shops; UPI works almost everywhere
• Head covering for the Dargah
